The 17th Karmapa Birthday Celebration and Blessing Puja

        Between 19-21 June 2015, the 17th Karmapa Birthday Celebration and Blessing Puja took place in Hong Kong Kowloon Bay International Exhibition Centre. The special fund raising activity, “The passionate 30 positive thinking joint action” included “the settlement ceremony of Vajrakila’s mandala”, “the Emptiness and Wisdom Inspiration”, “the Karmapa’s Birthday Celebration”, “Vajrakila’s mandala Inspiration Ceremony”, “The blessing for the Success of Karmapa Puja” and “the Vajrakila’s Empowerment Ceremony”. Our venerable Thrangu Rinpoche and Lodroe Nyima Rinpoche hosted the puja and they gave us inspiration and empowerment during the 3 day event.

At 6:30pm of 21 June, the birthday celebration dinner began.

The benevolence, like water nourishing the whole creation but it has never competed for fame. That’s worthy of respect! Amitabha!
